Who we are
Founded in 1968, Galasso’s Bakery began as a family-run business. Over the years, the company has grown from a single room delicatessen into a full-line bakery, producing hearth baked sourdough, sliced and French breads as well as dinner rolls, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and specialty breads.
Our 110,000 square foot bakery is on 6 acres, located in Mira Loma, California, and produces more than 400 different bread items each day. We specialize in a wide variety of quality breads for restaurants, hotels, theme parks and sport complexes, QSR’s, hospitals, and government complexes. With a fleet of bread delivery trucks and semi-haulers, we provide services to businesses of all sizes.
