Bear Ice Company – A Word From Our CEO

Because our primary concern is always the health and safety of our team members, vendors along with their customers, and in light of recent coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we wanted to let you know that we are increasing our already high standards to make our ice deliveries as safe as possible. We are closely following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state government, and public health agencies in San Bernardino and Riverside County. All team members have been trained to uphold and practice the precautionary measures below:

• We make proper handwashing and sanitizing a priority after each delivery.
• We are increasing frequency of our truck cleanliness and sanitization procedures.
• We are making sure any team member feeling sick stays home.

In addition, Bear Ice recognizes that ICE IS A FOOD and continues to meet all safe packaged ice accreditation standards set forth by the IPIA (International Packaged Ice Association).  Our mission is to always provide retailers and consumers with a safe, high quality, consumable food product.

We are committed to keeping you safe while in your home or place of business and wanted to reassure you that we are taking added precautions to do just that.
